Rediscover Your Play – Jeff Harry

Jeff Harry offers coaching sessions to show individuals and companies how to tap into their true selves, to feel their happiest and most fulfilled – all by playing. Jeff believes that we already have many of the answers we seek, and by simply unleashing our inner child, we can find our purpose and, in turn, help to create a better world. Giving people permission to be really silly helps them be more productive, learn faster, and love their work.

CONSULTING
Companies speak a great deal about innovation, creativity, disruption, cutting edge, game-changers, and thinking outside of the box. What is usually missing is the play-oriented, inclusive work environment that can bring about this type of thinking. The purpose of these workshops is to create a pathway to get to a level of psychological safety that allows for play, risk-taking, and ultimately a future where fun lives.

There is a widening gap between what employees desire and what employers are willing to do to for their staff. I’m here to bridge that gap. I work with companies and leaders to help lift the veil in order to heal workplace division and build psychological safety. So, teams can finally do the work that makes them come most alive, resulting in higher employee engagement, productivity, and retention.

SPEAKING
I lift the veil of BS so teams can unleash their inner genius all through the power of play.

COACHING
I help individuals find their purpose by rekindling the ways they used to play.
