Suicide remains one of the leading causes of death among 25- to 49-year-olds in the United States, and each year roughly 30,000 children are victims of parental suicide in the United States (Center for Disease Control and Prevention, 2005).1 We report a case of a young child who lost both of his parents to suicide. © 2018 American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
