Trained at Barnard College of Columbia University and Bowling Green State University, she established a private practice in Highland Park, New Jersey, where she integrates cutting-edge, scientifically grounded approaches with the transformative potential of playfulness, humor, and creativity. She has supervised doctoral students at Rutgers Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology, presented nationally on nonverbal and right-brain trauma healing practices, and leads Play and Somatics Supervision Group, helping licensed therapists bring playfully spirited practice into their clinical work.
